We decided to spend our Christmas break at a hotel in Mayotte and we were happy with the location and proximity to the beach. we were disappointed with the basic facilities that could have been improved. the only positive aspects were the free WiFi that did not struggle, and the air conditioning provided in the rooms.
The negative aspects outweighed the positive. the staff seemed uninterested in catering to their guests, and the overpriced food left a sour taste.

We had a great time at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff. Our room was spotless, and the hotel had plenty of amenities. We were able to park our car easily and take public transportation to nearby attractions. The breakfast served was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the attentive and helpful service from all the staff members we encountered.

The food provided during Xmas was quite decent, and the servers were polite and helpful. The hotel's strategic location near the airport and the beautiful beach made it easily accessible and perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed the view from my room which was quite scenic.
The extremely high prices for the hotel rooms and the poor quality of services in the hotel made my stay less enjoyable. I found the staff to be rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with several attractions nearby. the rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the surroundings. the service provided is good, with friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. there are a few facilities such as a swimming pool and a restaurant that offers good food at a reasonable price.
The price for some of the services provided may be exorbitant, as per some reviews.
